EU Low Income Housing Project

The Project Team

The EU Low Income Housing Project is managed by GTZ international Services and is headed by Mr. Bernard Weihs who is the Project Leader. The secretariat is supported by local staff recruited by GTZ. The staff composition includes the Project Engineer, a Community Development Specialist, a Project Accountant, the Project Administrator, a IT consultant and a Driver/messenger.

The Project Team provides all Technical Support to the project supervisor who is Chief Executive Officer of the Central Housing and Planning Authority.
